This policy explains how proto0 handles your personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Baca dalam Bahasa Melayu.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, when you place an order.
- Your 3D model files and their file names, when you ask for a quote.
- Order details, such as price, status and dates.
- Basic technical data, such as your internet address, used to protect the site from abuse.
Why we use it
- To quote, print and deliver your order.
- To contact you by WhatsApp or phone about payment and your order.
- To show your order status when you enter your phone number on the tracking page.
- To keep the site secure and keep business records.
We need your name and phone number to take an order. Without them, we can't process it. We do not send marketing messages or sell your data.
Who can see it
Only we can see your details and files. Our service providers, including Cloudflare for website hosting and security, process data for us and may do so outside Malaysia. We also use WhatsApp when we message you. We share data with others only if the law requires it.
Tracking your order
Anyone who enters your phone number on the tracking page can see the status of your orders. It does not show your name or files.
How long we keep it
- Files from a quote that does not become an order are deleted automatically after about 24 hours.
- Order details and files are kept only as long as we need them for your order, any reprint, and our business records.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare's visitor statistics, which show us overall traffic.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. Contact us on the WhatsApp or phone number we contacted you from.
Changes
We may update this policy, and the latest version will always be on this page.

Notis ini diberikan di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010. Sekiranya terdapat perbezaan, versi Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris hendaklah dibaca bersama.
- Data yang dikumpul: nama, nombor telefon, fail model 3D, butiran pesanan dan data teknikal asas seperti alamat internet anda.
- Tujuan: untuk memberi sebut harga, mencetak dan menghantar pesanan anda, menghubungi anda melalui WhatsApp atau telefon, menunjukkan status pesanan, serta menjaga keselamatan laman web dan rekod perniagaan.
- Wajib diberi: nama dan nombor telefon diperlukan untuk memproses pesanan.
- Pendedahan: kami tidak menjual data anda. Penyedia perkhidmatan kami, termasuk Cloudflare, memproses data untuk kami dan mungkin berbuat demikian di luar Malaysia. Kami juga menggunakan WhatsApp apabila menghubungi anda.
- Penjejakan: sesiapa yang memasukkan nombor telefon anda di halaman penjejakan boleh melihat status pesanan anda, tetapi bukan nama atau fail anda.
- Tempoh simpanan: fail sebut harga yang tidak menjadi pesanan dipadam secara automatik selepas kira-kira 24 jam. Butiran pesanan disimpan selama diperlukan.
- Hak anda: anda boleh meminta akses, pembetulan atau pemadaman data anda melalui nombor WhatsApp atau telefon yang kami gunakan untuk menghubungi anda.
